To begin you will need a user account on your district's community portal site. If you are a partner, volunteer or staff member you can also subscribe to a newsgroup.
1. Navigate to the login page of your portal and sign-in with your username and password
2. Click on User Profile and then Subscriptions to see which schools you have/can subscribe
3. Choose the name of the school or location (e.g. - District Central Office) to view the newsgroups
