There are two methods to sign-up for a volunteer event or program.

METHOD 1 - If your school volunteer coordinator creates an event and makes it available to all volunteers

First, sign-in to your volunteer account and click on Volunteer > Available Opportunities. This displays the list of events that school volunteer coordinators have created.

Second, click on the name of the event or activity you want to sign-up to attend. This will display a confirmation page to verify your participation. Once you verify that you will participate the volunteer opportunity will be moved to the Hours page of your account so you can log your volunteer hours.

METHOD 2 - If your school volunteer coordinator sends an email promoting the event

There will be a link in the email, along with details of the event.

Click on the hyperlink to sign-up. If you are not already logged in you will be required to sign-in to your volunteer account.

This will display the confirmation page to verify your participation. Click on SIGN ME UP and the event will be added to your Hours page the next time your sign-in to your account.  The event will also show up on the Volunteer Kiosk so you can select it the next time you scan-in at your school's front office.
