Once you have subscribed volunteers to your Newsgroups it is a simple matter to use your newsgroups to send notices, email blasts or opportunity notifications to them. Follow these steps -

From your Volunteer List page use the Choose A Groups Filter drop down to find and select your Newsgroup. This will filter your volunteers to just subscribers to your selected newsgroup.

Use the Select All link to select all your volunteer, newsgroup subscribers
- From the Action dropdown choose either Email selected, Send Notice or Notify Opportunity, depending on which action you want to perform and complete these steps to send your selected volunteers a message.
