When you create a notice or newsletter and publish the EZCommunicator system tracks email results in terms inbox deliveries, bounces, opens and inactivates. You can view this information by clicking the email count on your notices or newsletter list page.


On the email results page you will see -


1. The Name of the notice and number of times it has been published (you can resend a notice as many times as you want)

2. The Publisher & Publish Date of the notice. If published more than once this is the last publish

3. The Filter used to query the database for users

4. The Emails Sent This Publish and Total Emails Sent (In case you published multiple times)

5. The Total Users Filtered - This is all the users that met your filter query

6. Inactive Users, Users w No Email and with Duplicate Emails

7. The number of Hard, Soft and Miscellaneous bounces

8. The emails Delivered to your Users' inboxes

9. The email Open Count and Inactivated


Normally by the next day you will have a results log you can download to look at individual user delivery results.


If you want to view the users whose emails bounced you can return to the notice list page and click the bounce count. This will display each of the names, their primary email and the bounce code (Hard Bounce = 5xx, Soft Bounce = 4xx, Miscellaneous Bounce = 6xx or 0).
