Subject: VMSKiosk - Sample ES, Unauthenticated Hours
Reply-To: Sample VMS Kiosk <Sample_VMSKiosk@ezcommunicator.com>

An un-authenticated volunteer at Sample ES has logged hours through VMS Kiosk today at 10/6/2016 11:08:37 AM.

Here are the details:

Name: Example Volunteer
Email: examplevol@gmail.com
Phone: 123-123-1234
Date Hrs Logged: 10/05/2016
Num Hours: 2.0
Comments: text that is typed in by example volunteer.

The message above is an automated message from the system when a volunteer tries to sign into the Kiosk three consecutive times and they don't get the username and password correct (or they don't actually have credentials yet). They would click on the 'Don't Know' button and it shows this page:

Once they attempt to sign in multiple times unsuccessfully here, the system asks if they want to continue:

The potential volunteer would click 'Yes' and they would be taken to a page to put in the details in the form you see here:

It notifies the Kiosk Admin with the details from the above form, but the most important thing is knowing the individual struggled to get signed in.

They either don't remember the correct credentials or they don't actually have a profile created yet.  They can be contacted to ensure they have the info they need to get signed in next time or you can just have them register in the system if they didn't have a profile.

It is also important to note that the hours they reported in this form are NOT logged anywhere.  It is merely a note that they sent and if you want these hours to be included in the system, they would need to be manually entered after the profile was found or a new registration was completed.
