There are two options of defining photo sizes.
The first is to resize an image in an image editor application. You can do that in Photoshop, but also in the Image Management module of your EZCommunicator Notices editor (after you upload the image).
Whichever application you choose, this is the best and most reliable method for consistent display in all email viewers.
The other option is to set the display size as part of the image properties in the EZCommunicator editor. This can lead to problems in the way the image displays in certain email editors, because they ignore the display properties and instead display the image at full size.
While it is present in your notices editor we recommend against using it if you are sending to an audience with diverse technology on which they are viewing your content.
