We have escalated an issue regarding a server error when attempting to use the Export to Excel button in the Volunteer List to our Development Team for investigation. This is limited to users with the VMS_VolCo role permissions. If you receive further reports of this error, please pass on the following directions for alternate ways to generate a Volunteer List report.
Here are two different ways to get a Volunteer List report:
1. Go to the Volunteer list > Action dropdown where you can select a report option there. You would need to select all in your Vol List and then choose the "Report - Email/Phone (XLS)"
2. You can also go into the Reports module (chart icon at the top) > select "Volunteer". There it will bring up a parameter page where you can select options. Make sure to choose Phone/Email as it gives the most information, select your campus (if it isn't already selected). You can leave all the other parameters unchanged. Then Export to Excel at the bottom.
