Relatrix provides a mobile responsive application for subscribers, volunteers and partners to view and access their account from anywhere, including the smartphone. The browser on your phone is an app and most mobile browsers include the option to save a site as an application icon on your desktop.
Below are instructions on how to create a home-screen icon to your school or district site for Android or iOS phones, so you can simply click that icon to open and automatically sign-in to your account. If you are not sure how to access your account login page on your mobile browser, use the link in the footer of an email from your school that should redirect you to the sign-in page of your community portal site.
On Android Phones
Once you open the website link on your phone, tap the browser menu (usually in the upper right corner of the screen next to the URL) and choose ‘Add To Homescreen’. This will popup a dialog where you can type the name for the shortcut and then Chrome or your built-in browser will add the shortcut to your screen.
On Apple Phones
Once you open the website link on your phone, tap the ‘Share’ button on the browser toolbar (the rectangle with the arrow pointing upward). Then tap the ‘Add To Homescreen’ option on the menu. Again you can name the shortcut before tapping the Add button to add it to your homescreen.
