This past Friday night (11.18.2016) an update was applied to your Community Portal site. The 2016.11 release includes enhancements and bug fixes to EZCommunicator and EZVolunteer, EZPartner and EZLink. Following is an overview of the enhancements and fixes applied with the release.
EZCommunicator
NEW - Social Sharing Updated For Individual Sites
We updated the AddThis Social Sharing feature with this release. In previous versions our integration with AddThis only worked with a single Relatrix account, so all customer statistics were mixed on that one account. Now each customer has the ability to track their social sharing through their own account.
FIX - Re-Publish When Refreshing Browser
If a publisher refreshed the browser page while a notice was still waiting to publish the system would queue a second version of that notice. Now a page refresh does not cause the pending notice to be re-published.
FIX - Copy Form Was Not Including Options
When copying a form to create a new form some of the options for certain question types were not being copies. Now all questions and options are copied
EZVolunteer
NEW - Updates To Visitor Module
Several adjustments were made to the visitor module to streamline the sign-in and sign-out process. Visitors can now be signed in or out in groups to avoid one-at-a-time processing. If visitors are being screened and an SSN is required the front-office staff can now resubmit the visitor for screening.

FIX - Volunteers Must Select A Registered School
To avoid volunteers ending up registered at the central office site, we now require a volunteer to select their registered school during the registration process.
NEW - Confirmation Email Sent On Opportunity Sign-up
A confirmation email is now sent to any volunteer when they sign-up for an opportunity, whether from an email link or the EZVolunteer website.
NEW - Adjustments To Background Screening Pages
This update also contains several adjustments to the Volunteer Background Module to streamline the review and list management process of volunteers. To see all the background module changes you can view a short YouTube video or download the updated Volunteer Screening Guide.
FIX - Names With Apostrophe Caused Screening Delay
Volunteer names that included an apostrophe caused a delay in completing the background check for some customers and resulted in a connection timeout and required a manual resubmit of the volunteer. This problem has been addressed in this release and volunteers with apostrophes in their name should complete the screening process without any manual intervention.
FIX - Adjustments To Add Opportunity
We removed the Match All and Finish buttons to simplify the Add Opportunity process and moved the Auto-log settings to the Close Opportunity page.
FIX - Fractional Hours In Autolog Cause Warning
If an opportunity had a fractional number of hours between the Start and End times a warning was displayed when trying to save the opportunity. This issue has been fixed with this release.
NEW - Display Comments On Visitor Record
There is a new section on the volunteer record for adding/displaying comments about the volunteer. These comments can be viewed/added by any administrator or campus coordinator.
Known Issues
There are currently no known issues in the 2016.11 Release. If we receive reports of a problem we will make you aware through our Twitter feed (@relatrix_help) and on our Online Help, which you can access from the Help button on your admin console.
