NEW - Multiple Enhancements To Forms Module
We worked hard this release to improve the ease-of-use of the Forms module and made several tweaks and a couple big-enhancements along the way. We added the option to assign a respondent as a Newsgroup subscriber or match them to an EZVolunteer Opportunity.
We changed the buttons on several pages to simplify the process of adding options to a question or adding more questions to the form. We also added HTML editing to the instructions & thank you pages to allow Form publishers to personalize to their form pages.
NEW - Replaced Spellcheck function in Editor
The spellcheck function in the notice and newsletter editor has been updated to a new component that offers more correct spell alternatives and helps streamline the spell check process when creating a document.
NEW - Updated Deleted User Page
The Deleted User page now uses the DEVExpress datagrid (spreadsheet list) used on most other list pages in the Admin console.
FIX - Corrected User Report Query
User reports filtered by school relationships have been corrected so the report query now includes results from all selected schools.
FIX - Changed Sort Order On Assign Roles
When browsing through the list of users assigned to an admin role the list is now sorted alphabetically by user’s Last Name.
EZVolunteer
NEW - Student Tracking Module
A new module was added that allows tracking students who arrive late or leave early through the front office. This module works with the EZVKiosk module to track students based on either their Student ID or Name + DOB. Using EZLink, this information can be uploaded and synchronized throughout the year.
NEW - Student Tracking Report
A new report was added to EZVolunteer titled Student Tracking that allows Administrators and Coordinators to report on students arriving late or leaving early from school. Report filtering includes date range, school, student ID and Reason (for late arrival/early departure.)
NEW - Visitor Record Page
In the Visitor module the Visitor’s Last Name is now linked to a separate Visitor Record page on which the administrator or coordinator can view the Visitor’s personal details including webcam photo, any comments about the visitor and the visitors historical sign-in log.
NEW - Monthly Update On Background Checks *Optional*
An optional integration for volunteer background screening was added that not only runs a criminal history check on new volunteer at registration but will continue tracking the volunteer with monthly checks over the next year. Any alerts received from the monitoring service will be added to the volunteer’s record and the appropriate notification will be sent to the administrator responsible for volunteer screening.
FIX - Resubmission Of Visitor With SSN
The visitor resubmission with SSN in now validating the SSN to ensure it is a valid number and in the correct format.
FIX - Kiosk Report Filtering Options
We fixed the Kiosk report so school Volunteer coordinators now can run reports only at their school.
FIX - Background Results Layout
The layout on new volunteer background results has been updated to make reading the results easier for volunteer screening administrators.
FIX - Background List Export
The export function has been fixed when volunteer screening administrators generate an Excel spreadsheet from a background list of volunteers.
EZVKiosk
NEW - Student Sign-in Module
The Student Tracking module can be configured at the individual kiosk level to include a Student sign-in block. Students who arrive late or depart early can login with either their student ID (scanning student ID barcode is supported) or their Name & Date of Birth. For Elementary school students the front office staff can login the student from the Admin console.
EZPartner
NEW - Added District Filter For Enterprise Version
For customers using the EZPartner Enterprise version, which works across multiple school districts, we added the ability to filter the Requests List page and the Reports > EZPartner > School report by the district to which the school(s) is associated.
NEW - Added Filtering Options To Insert Offers/Requests
You can now insert a list of offers & requests in your notice or newsletter by filtering on Date Range Posted or Expired. Lists of partners can be added, based on Date Range signed-up.
FIX- Redirect From Partner Application Page
When a partner applies from a website other than the district site they are now redirected to the login page for the correct site.
EZLink
NEW - Added Option To Process Student Records
A new data processing option was added to allow student records that include the student ID and DOB to be inserted or updated in the database. This optional processing is used in combination with the new EZVolunteer Student Tracking module.
