NEW - Adjustments To Files Module Pages

The Add and Update pages have been modified to make them easier to use. Either page now returns to the File List page after the add or update function completes.

NEW - User Contact Details Included When Emailing Form Responses

When a form is setup to send an email notification upon submission, now if the form requires authentication (a registered user) the system will include the Name & Email of the respondent as part of the email.

FIX - Copy Shared Forms Saves Local Copy

When a school interface administrator copies a Shared form the copied form will be saved as a local copy to that interface, rather than another Shared form.

FIX - Incorrect Time Displayed on Calendar

Calendar events that were set to ALL DAY events were displaying a start time of 12:00AM. Now they display without any start time.

FIX - Auto-Refresh On Display Of Event Calendar

The calendar module now automatically redisplays after each (de)selection of an event category the user makes.

NEW - Editor Icon For Inserting Volunteer Opportunities

A new icon is available on the Notices and Newsletter editor so district or school administrators can insert a list of volunteer opportunities into a message to send to their volunteers. The list will include details about each selected opportunity and a link for the volunteer to sign-up to participate in the opportunity.

FIX - Changed Kiosk Visitor Sign-In To Make Phone Optional

The phone number on the visitor sign-in is no longer a required field. Date of Birth has been added as a required field. Date of Birth is necessary for visitor screening, and because some additional field besides the volunteer’s name is needed, in case of duplicates.

FIX - Matching Volunteer To Opportunity Created Duplicate

From the Opportunity Module’s Matched Volunteers page, if a new volunteer was matched to the opportunity duplicate records were being displayed. This display problem has been fixed.

FIX - Corrections To Print Roster Function

The Print Roster function on the Matched Volunteers page now automatically generates a PDF for download to the administrator’s local computer.

FIX - Displaying Wrong Event Types On Opportunity Details Page

The Opportunity Detail page now displays the Event Types for the local interface, so each school using their own interface can select which Event Type to assign the opportunity when posting it to their web calendar.

FIX - Kiosk Report Not Generating Correct PDF File Format

The Kiosk reports are now generating a PDF document automatically, which can be downloaded to the administrator’s local computer

FIX - Error Generating Kiosk Report For ALL Schools

Selecting ALL Schools when generating a Kiosk Report no longer generates a system error.

FIX - Removed Logged Count From Edit Opportunity Page

The Logged Count on the Add/Edit Opportunity page was confusing and a redundant link to the Opportunity Timesheet page and has been removed.

EZPartner™

NEW - Post Offer/Request On Calendar

When creating or editing an offer or request from the admin console (not from the Partner/Staff account page) there is now an option to post on the EZPartner web calendar.

FIX - Offer/Request Reports Not Filtering On Status

Generating Offer or Request reports now filters correctly when trying to filter by status (active, expired, closed, etc).

Known Issues

Following are  known issues in the 2017.3 Release. We are working to resolve these and will make them available in the next release or as a patch, if necessary.

Newsletter Archive Not Filtering Correctly

The Newsletter Archive page is not filtering correctly when the Most Recent filter option is selected. It does filter correctly when a specific month is select or a Search is performed. This problem does not affect the Notices Archive page.

Volunteer Alt-ID field is not saving correctly

When inputting an Alternate ID by scanning a barcode on an employee ID card, the system is not saving the value before returning the volunteer list page.
