NEW - Print Dashboard
A new print function (accessed by clicking a PRINTER icon) has been added to the administration console dashboard. You can now generate a PDF of the data you are viewing on your dashboard to use for reporting or information sharing with others.
NEW - Changed icons on Settings, Utilities and Reports
The icons on the top navigation bar for Settings, Utilities and Reports have been updated in this release to more accurately reflect their function.
FIX - Newsletter Archive Not Filtering Correctly
The newsletter archive page was not correctly filtering when using the date-range filter to view previous months’ newsletters. This data-query error has been fixed.
EZVolunteer™
NEW - Changes to Background Screening Details Page
Layout changes were made to the background details page to separate Results from our background check partner and Comments added by the HR or volunteer services administrator. Additionally, we have now included the same action drop down menu on this page so volunteers can be emailed, resubmitted or moved to other background lists without returning to the background list page.
FIX - Alt-ID Field Not Saving On Edit Volunteer Page
The Alt-ID field on the volunteer’s record was not saving correctly if there was an Alpha-character in the input value. This has been corrected.
FIX - UDF2 Field Changed To Read-only In Admin Console
Some problems were caused in tracking student records imported via EZLink when an EZVolunteer administrator or coordinator modified the value of the UDF2 field, which is used to validate imported data. We have changed the field to read-only everywhere in the Admin console to avoid this issue in the future.
FIX - Manual Kiosk Sign-in Displays Warning
The manual sign-in on the EZVKiosk, when a volunteer does not have a name badge, now displays a warning if the volunteer does not enter the correct account credentials.
FIX - Corrected Background Process For Manually Added Volunteers
Volunteers who were added to the database manually and then checked through the background module were not being flagged as inactive if/when an issue was found during the screening process. A fix was applied so they are flagged as inactive until manually approved, in the same way that volunteers who self-register are handled.

NEW - Changed EZPartner Icons On Notice/Newsletter Editor
The previous icons for inserting offers, requests or partners (a red square with the letter ‘P’ for EZPartner) has been replaced with individual icons for Offers, Requests and Partners. These icons are the same as the icons on the left navigation menu.
