Visitor reports are useful to track who signed in to your kiosk on a given day, week or over a period of time. It can also be helpful if you are signing students in and out with your kiosk. To run a visitor report, follow these steps -


1. After signing in to the Admin Module, hover over the Reports module (chart icon on page header) and under EZVolunteer choose Kiosks.

2. Leave the report layout set to Kiosk Activity

3. Select Visitors to limit your report to your visitors

4. Choose the date range for your report. The default is today's date, but you can select all week, all month or even all year.

5. Press the Export Excel button to download a file with the sign-in (and out) details for your visitors.


The report will include the purpose of the visit. If you are using your kiosk to sign-in students you can sort your output XLS file by Student-related purposes, such as 'late arrival' or 'early departure' so you have all your student records at the top of your report.
