If you are using our Real Time Screening (RTS) service and have a volunteer on a school list with a 'white' background, this is an indication that no background check has been run on their record yet. You will want to notify your HR or Volunteer Administrator know about this situation and they in turn need to follow these steps -


1. From the Background Screening module push the CREATE NEW LIST button


2. On the NEW BACKGROUND CHECK LIST page type the name of your list. This typically the name of the person for whom you need to run the background screen. 


3. In the section 'Select Individual Volunteers...' press the SELECT button. This will display the full list of your volunteers.

4. In the column labeled Last Name type the last name of the volunteer you need to screen


5. Check the box next to their name and then push the SAVE button. This will save your list and display the LOG RESULTS page


6. From this page check the box next to the volunteer's name and this time using the action drop down choose the option to RESUBMIT


This will resubmit the volunteer's record for screening and should update the color on their record within a minute or two. From here follow your normal procedures for dealing with any results that may appear on the background report.
